Votre r\u00f4le sera d\u00e9terminant pour s\u00e9curiser la performance op\u00e9rationnelle et anticiper les besoins des march\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Missions &amp; responsabilit\u00e9s<\/strong>&nbsp;:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>En tant que <strong>Planificateur de la Demande (F\/H)<\/strong>, vous serez garant.e du bon \u00e9quilibre entre la demande march\u00e9s et les capacit\u00e9s d&rsquo;approvisionnement de votre portefeuille, tout au long des cycles IBP et S&amp;OE. Vous assurerez la fiabilit\u00e9 du planning E2E, la disponibilit\u00e9 produit et la gestion proactive des risques de ruptures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Vos principales missions :<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Piloter la planification Supply Chain End-To-End, sous Kinaxis.<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Piloter la planification <strong>Supply Chain E2E<\/strong> : validation et suivi du signal de &lsquo;demande nette&rsquo; sous <a><strong>Kinaxis<\/strong>, <\/a>identification des \u00e9carts, mise en place d&rsquo;actions correctives.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Optimiser les Master Data<\/strong> &amp; param\u00e8tres de planification (Kinaxis), en alignement avec la strat\u00e9gie Supply Chain produit.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Coordonner les cycles IBP<\/strong> mensuels et animer les rituels hebdomadaires (Sites, sous-traitance).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Supporter la r\u00e9ussite des <strong>projets de transfert industriel<\/strong> sur l&rsquo;ensemble du portefeuille (cr\u00e9ation des codes, transfert d&rsquo;inventaire, synchronisation planning, reporting).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Garantir la maintenance des datas, le <strong>suivi des alertes<\/strong>, la <strong>gestion des stocks<\/strong> et l&rsquo;animation des <strong>r\u00e9unions de pilotage en transverse<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mener des analyses quantitatives\/qualitatives, synth\u00e9tiser et remonter les informations d\u00e9cisionnelles au management.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Impact direct<\/strong>&nbsp;: Vous contribuez \u00e0 la continuit\u00e9 des approvisionnements, minimisez les risques de rupture march\u00e9 et s\u00e9curisez-le lancement\/transfert de produits strat\u00e9giques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Description du profil<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Profil recherch\u00e9<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Formation sup\u00e9rieure en Supply Chain\/Business Administration (une <strong>certification APICS<\/strong> est un vrai plus)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Exp\u00e9rience confirm\u00e9e en <strong>planification supply chain<\/strong>, id\u00e9alement dans un environnement matriciel international<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Ma\u00eetrise de Kinaxis<\/strong> (pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9) ou autre <strong>outil de gestion Supply Chain<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Bonne connaissance des process IBP, S&amp;OE, <\/strong>analyses de flux complexes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Leadership transverse, force d&rsquo;analyse<\/strong> et capacit\u00e9 de synth\u00e8se strat\u00e9gique<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Anglais courant<\/strong> indispensable<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Vous \u00eates moteur dans l&rsquo;am\u00e9lioration continue, aimez travailler en r\u00e9seau et avez un impact direct sur la performance collective ?
